Cheryl MacLean works in Gloucester, Massachusetts providing paralegal support to the NOAA General Counsel’s Office in processing Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) cases. She applies her understanding of the NOAA certified cost documentation process for NRDA to assist in organizing and maintaining the NRDA and Restoration Processes cases according to federal case management procedures. She works with the administrative natural resources trustee to compile project-by-project fiduciary reports. She is involved in researching court orders, contracts, spread sheets, resolutions, financial and other documents. She is responsible for preparing administrative records and providing a broad range of other support for efficient case processing.
